Bapemperda Ratifies Six Bylaws

City Bapemperda has ratified 6 out of the total 39 proposals for the draft bylaws (Raperda) to be bylaw this year.
They are very important as a legal protection for Jakarta Provincial Government to execute development for the welfare of citizens
City Bapemperda Vice Head, Merry Hotma stated that those bylaws are Perumda Pasar Jaya and Perumda Pasar Jaya management, marketing, industry, Betawi cultural, and APBD.

Of six bylaws, marketing bylaw is very important, as it will control development, arrangement and guidance of folk market, shopping center, and supermarket in Jakarta.
"This bylaw will also control the minimart layout in Jakarta. Thus it will be more organized and continues to maintain the existence of traditional markets or stalls in the community," he uttered.
